American Forest Resource Council a merger of the Independent Forest Products Association (IFPA) and the Northwest Forestry Association (NFA).

American Wood Council (AWC) provides an organizational structure for wood products companies and associations to work together.  The AWC is affiliated with the American Forest & Paper Association.

Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife

Oregon Economic Development Department a State agency, their mission is to work with local communities and industries to provide "more and better jobs for Oregonians."

Oregon Fish & Wildlife Journal is a quarterly publication featuring articles on wildlife, recreation and industry, and how they can co-exist, demonstrating what is possible in land use and management if common sense is used by politicians and land managers.

Oregon Forest Industries Council was established in 1975 to represent the interests of Oregon's forest products companies and industrial landowners in the legislative, regulatory, and political arenas.  OFIC serves as a central voice for Oregon's forest resource producing companies and communities.

Oregon Forest Resources Institute was created in 1991 by the Oregon Legislature to improve public understanding of the State's forest resources.

Oregon State University - Forestry Department

The mission of the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board is to promote and implement programs to restore, maintain and enhance watersheds in the State of Oregon in order to protect the economic and social well-being of the state and its citizens.

Oregon Women in Timber is a statewide, non-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness of the importance of forests, trees and wood products in our daily lives. 

Oregonians in Action is a non-profit lobbying organization that leads the fight for land-use regulatory reform and protection for private property rights.

The Society of American Foresters is a national scientific and educational organization representing the forestry profession in the United States. Founded in 1900 by Gifford Pinchot, it is the largest professional society for foresters in the world.

Sustainable Forestry Initiative  is an independent, non-profit organization responsible for maintaining, overseeing and improving a sustainable forestry certification program that is internationally recognized and among the largest in the world.

Umpqua Basin Watershed Council was formed by order of the Douglas County Commissioners on March 5th, 1997.

United States Fish and Wildlife Service

United States Forest Service is a Federal agency that manages public lands in national forests and grasslands. The Forest Service is also the largest forestry research organization in the world.
